If you are a new user:
After purchasing the Command Anti-Malware, you must first, download the program.
When entering the download site, a window will open asking for User Name& Password.
Please enter your activation key in the "User Name" box and leave the password blank.
When you start the download, just click on "run" to save and start the install.
During the software set-up, you will be asked to enter the User Name & Password. Please enter your activation key in the "User Name" box and leave the password blank.

The download site for Windows 32 bit OS is:

For Windows 64 bit, use:
http://avdl.commtouch.com/csam/fullprod/csam-smb-5.1.10-x64-f-us.exe

If you are using CSAM and just renewing, click on the circled padlock in the tool tray at the bottom of the screen.
This will open the CSAM program.
In the menu items, click on "Update". This will open the updater window.
Click on "License" and that will open the window. Look for "User Name" and place the license key there.
Remove the password and click on "accept".
